Booking Policy for BnB Management Phuket

  1. Scope of Policy: This Booking Policy governs all reservations and bookings made with BnB Management Phuket , including both online and direct bookings.

  2. General Booking Terms: Upon confirming a booking with BnB Management Phuket and making any form of payment, whether it be a deposit or the final payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.

Direct Bookings

  1. Direct Booking Process: When making a direct booking with BnB Management Phuket , guests agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set out in this Booking Policy.

  2. Cancellation of Direct Bookings: In the event of cancellation of a direct booking by the guest, any payments made, including deposits and final payments, are non-refundable.

  3. Exception for Overlapping Bookings: If a direct booking is cancelled and subsequently, another guest books over the same dates, the initially cancelling guest will be entitled to a refund. However, this refund will be subject to a cancellation fee of $550, deducted from the total amount paid.

  4. Notification and Processing: Cancellations of direct bookings must be notified in writing. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 days of acknowledgement of the cancellation by BnB Management Phuket .

General Terms

  1. Amendments to Bookings: Amendments to any booking details, including date changes, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Contact BnB Management Phuket for assistance with any amendments.

  2. Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations if such failure results from Acts of God, war, government sanctions, blockades, embargoes, strikes, or interruptions of utility services, and such failure is not a breach of this agreement.

  3. Policy Amendments: BnB Management Phuket reserves the right to amend this Booking Policy. Any bookings will be subject to the policy in place at the time of booking.
